About Us
Contract Sheet Metal Processing: Laser Cutting, Bending and Welded Manufacturing
Our machine park has grown over the years, turning us from a company that manufactured only its own products into a contract metal processing centre that also processes parts for other manufacturers. Today our main business is cutting, punching, bending and welding sheet metal, pipe and profile for industrial companies, machine manufacturers and defence industry subcontractors.
Our storage products manufacturing has continued since 2006; that product group is presented with its full catalogue and technical detail on our storage products page.
From Drawing to Finished Part
Our contract manufacturing process starts with a technical drawing. You send us a DXF or DWG file; a dimensioned PDF technical drawing also works. For jobs without a drawing, we take measurements from a sample part and prepare the drawing ourselves, including the bend allowance flat pattern.
The cutting method is then chosen according to part geometry and quantity; the part is cut by laser or punch press, bent on the press brake where required, and joined by MIG/MAG welding. In serial work the first part goes through dimensional inspection and production continues with the same settings after approval.
Running every step in the same facility means the part never travels between workshops. Lead times shorten, the risk of dimensional deviation drops and you have a single point of contact throughout.
