Press brake bending is the operation in which a cut sheet metal part is bent into shape under control on a press brake. This is the step where a flat sheet becomes a box, a profile, a bracket or a machine body. The dimensional accuracy of the finished part depends largely on the quality of this bend.

We bend mild steel, DKP, stainless steel, galvanised sheet and aluminium on our press brakes. The workable thickness range and maximum bending length vary by material; we confirm the capacity suitable for your project from your technical drawing.
Bending Integrated with Cutting
Bending is not a step independent of cutting. A bend-allowance flat pattern is derived from your DXF file, the part is cut to that pattern and then bent. This sequence prevents the single most common problem in sheet metal work: the part not holding its dimensions after bending.

Welded Assembly After Bending
Where bent parts need to be joined, the process continues with welding. In machine bodies, chassis, panels and structural work, bending and welding are two consecutive steps.
