Complete Welded Manufacturing

Our real strength is completing the cutting–bending–welding chain in a single facility. Send your drawing, take delivery of the finished part. The laser-cut part is bent on the press brake, then joined by welding and dispatched after dimensional inspection.

This flow removes the lead time uncertainty of working with three separate suppliers, and the responsibility dispute that follows when parts do not fit. There is a single point of contact throughout.

Which materials can be welded?

Do you accept welding-only work?

Yes. You can send parts you had cut and bent elsewhere and take welding as a standalone service. Sending them with a technical drawing or a sample is sufficient.

Is cleaning and grinding done after welding?

Yes, weld cleaning is carried out before delivery. Surface preparation before painting is assessed at the quotation stage according to the scope of the job.

How is dimensional inspection done in welded manufacturing?

Intermediate and final inspections are carried out against the technical drawing. In serial work, production continues after the first part is approved, so no dimensional problems arise at assembly.
